This 3,090-square-foot, four-bedroom, five-bathroom home, with expansive, unobstructed views of the lake, mountains, & town was completed in 2018. Total accommodation allows for 11 people. Stillwater is the ONLY home at the Lookout featuring unobstructed East, South, and West view from every level and it is the closest home to the lake. There is a large vacant green space immediately below the home and deer are often spotted feeding in the grass. It is very easy to walk to the Lookout waterfront from the home’s lower level.

The home features partially covered and continuous wraparound decks on the east, south, and west sides, all with panoramic views and overhead heaters on the east and west decks, making them comfortable to sit out on spring through fall. Modern cable railings ensure views while seated indoors or outdoors. The spacious main living area has a series of accordion doors opening to the wraparound decks from the east dining area and west living room. Since there are decks on all sides, on hot summer days, guests can avoid the sun and enjoy the shade outdoors. On cooler days, guests can follow the sun from morning until the last light.

The main level includes living, dining, kitchen, and fireplace sitting areas with a private office that includes a desk and printer/scanner. The dining table features six comfortable, upholstered chairs. The modern chef’s kitchen features top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances including a six-burner Wolf gas range and Sub-Zero fridge. The living room has a comfortable L-shaped couch, additional seats, and a gracious leather chair with plenty of side tables for drinks and a large coffee table for books and games.

There are hardwood floors throughout the home and a gas fireplace in the great room. The lower level includes a large two-car garage and a spacious laundry room with a Perlick icemaker for summer cocktails.

All bedrooms enjoy uninterrupted views of the lake with opening windows and have oversized bathrooms & showers. Even on the lowest level, there is a covered patio area adjacent to a beautiful view deck with Adirondack chairs. There is a full second kitchen on the lower level, along with a second living room stocked with board games featuring another fireplace- perfect for the kids while the adults enjoy the upstairs great room, or a second family (or grandparents) who want a retreat from the action on the main floor.

Kids will love the downstairs bunk room- each bunk with its own reading light and a full en-suite bathroom and cubbies for storage. A large barn door adds a rustic touch to the room.

All the upstairs bedrooms enjoy vaulted ceilings. The master suite includes a sitting area and ceiling fan. The other upstairs bedroom has a nautical feel with built-in twin beds and large vintage double sliding barn doors. The third bed is a large, cozy window seat- a bookworm’s dream during the daytime. All three of the twin beds have built-in storage drawers underneath.

This home has extensive dimmable lighting, a wireless 3-zone Sonos sound system, high-speed internet, and streaming TV service. Two HVAC units will maintain that perfect temperature year-round.

PETS are unfortunately not allowed.

Absolutely amazing time spent with my family of 12. We had an amazing time, with kids with us it was a nice and quiet time. The bedrooms are split up and no one bothers each other. The kitchen had everything you need! I honestly wouldn’t change a thing about this house. The view was breathtaking.

This is the one of the premier spots, views are incredible and is the best spot to congregate as a group with the indoor/outdoor flow of the main floor.

During out stay, we were likely the first guests of the new owners (same management) where internet was not working. However the management's service team did A+++ effort to resolve promptly spending multiple hours fixing the issue(s) and even brought over a temporary hotspot for the house while they were working. Cannot stress enough how above and beyond they went.

Best House in the Community I've stayed at yet!

I have now stayed at 8 properties in the community and have chosen each home to try out to find the one that I want to rent from consistently. Still water is by far my favorite stay yet! The home is decorated like a high end home, not like th kitchy "lake cabin". Grated I like both but it's not right on the lake so I would prefer clean, new, high end, with the best view! BTW this home also has an amazing hot tub not advertised!Highly recommend and I will be booking this home again!

This was our first trip to Lake Chelan with the extended family and it was wonderful! The views from Stillwater #101 are amazing and we were content sitting on the deck to take it all in. There were a couple of minor things that weren't working properly when we arrived (i.e. one automatic blind was broken, control for the outdoor heating elements was acting up, etc), but nothing catastrophic. The property management company sent people out immediately to look at these issues and we found them to be very responsive. We are looking forward to making this an annual family trip for sure.

Great layout and 180 degree views of the lake and sunrise/sunset. Location for a Sept stay was fabulous.
Appeared the internet was cancelled prior to our stay and TV's/Sonos didnt work. The Lookout got us some temporary WIFI and one of the TV's working for football evenings. Thank you!

We were excited to spend a week at the Lookout and booked 7 days to enjoy the views and amenities that Lake Chelan has to offer. The price was hefty but we were looking forward to the time in the sun. I am not one who normally writes negative reviews but in this case given the amount we paid I think these gripes are justified.

1) Biggest issue was the party houses that were next to us and behind out house. LOUD with karaoke blasting, music blaring, screaming that started at noon and lasted late into the night.. we are talking 1-2 AM. This happened 4 days of our 7 days and despite numerous complaints from many in the neighborhood it appears the resort did little to nothing to stop it.. We have 2 small kids and have partied ourselves in the past but this was a different level. Just for this reason would likely not go again.

2) The house was beautiful but our master bathroom toilet was not working for 4 days..despite several calls to maintenance. Finally fixed the last day.

3) Splinters on the deck! 4 of us got them (including our 4 year old). We resorted to wearing shoes on the deck.. this is a bit of a nit but again given the price was hoping for more.
