Winter Wonderland

We played games every day and night around the dining room table, found fantastic hills for sledding, and even braved the hot tub in the freezing temps. The view from every window in the house was breathtaking, and even tho this home is located in a bustling community, it still felt very private. The house was fully stocked with anything you could imagine you might need, and the house was immaculately clean. We definitely plan to be back for a future visit.

We enjoyed using the hot tub and fire pit at night, especially with the good weather. Wonderful House With a Perfect Layout

It was a wonderful place to stay for my whole family along with Grandma & Grandpa (who particularly enjoyed the master on the main floor). The house was great, had everything we needed along was a perfect layout for a few families. I'm so glad we were able to bring our dog, Rosco, along with us as well. Vintage '83 was awesome, I HIGHLY recommend it for anyone coming to Chelan.

The Caravel, our home away from home is right between the two main loops, close to the community pool, pickleball court and kids playground area. The Lookout has a community fireplace for gathering, a grill, and a large grass play area all steps away from the home has a large wrap-around deck complete with a gas grill for enjoying family, sunsets, or a good book. There is also a patio area with a brand new hot tub and one off-street parking space.
When you enter The Caravel you will enjoy the vineyard themed decor in the entry and the large great room and dining room that seats 10 along with a breakfast bar seating three. Ample space in the beautiful kitchen with farmhouse sink and new appliances for preparing family meals. There is a laundry room with large capacity washer and dryer. We sleep 11 comfortably with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms giving you plenty of space!
The living room has a 50 inch TV, gas fireplace, and ample seating. Also on the main floor, we have one of the two master bedrooms with a king bed, en-suite bath including double sinks and separate shower and tub. There is a 32 inch TV in the master. Upstairs the second master with en-suite bath, double sinks, and views of Chelan. The third bedroom has a queen bed with a shared upstairs bath/tub and shower. All three bedrooms have walk-in closets with plenty of storage. The fourth bedroom/bonus room has a sports theme and contains two sets of custom built bunk beds and a sofa sleeper. It has a 40 inch TV and Xbox and Wii for kids. Movies, board games and lots of room make this a great place for the younger crowd!

The Lookout is the new place to stay in beautiful Lake Chelan! This new community is perched overlooking the lake and the community of Chelan. The Lookout has all the amenities for a spectacular family vacation as well as a short weekend getaway. The 70 slip marina has room for your boat as well as short-term watercraft rentals. You are a short walk to downtown and adjacent to Vin Du Lac winery and Bistro.
Ask about special pricing on longer stays as well as shoulder and winter seasons. The off seasons in Chelan are becoming very popular with many community activities and close by winter fun including skiing, tubing and snowshoeing.
