Good Day Sunshine has plenty of seating to enjoy the amazing views! This home has plenty to offer and is conveniently located by the hilltop park area where the best amenities are at The Lookout. After a long day enjoying Lookouts amenities, you are able to stay warm in the evening in front of the fire on the side deck around the fire table or even ease into the hot tub to watch the sunset. We hope to see you once again!

However our last trip did not line up with our pervious experiences. For example upon move in the house was not stocked with paper products , bags for the garbage or dish soap. We called the front desk and they did deliver some of the requested items. Leaving us to again, call the front desk to request these basic items. In another instances one morning we were confronted by one of the staff people (in a black shirt) who scolded us for leaving the hot tub lid off, when in fact the wind had blown it off. We were also disappointed to see the transportation crew asking for tips yet providing the exact same service as always.

And even then, the house wasn't fully clean. There was confetti leftover and the floors were a little sticky. And with covid, we just had to wipe stuff down again to ensure it was clean.
Overall, we had a great stay at Good Day Sunshine. Even though it ended up being just our family of four (2 adults and 2 kids), it was great to have the space to spread out. We had a small issue getting into the home with the instructions provided for the keyless entry. You must use the check symbol as opposed to a star symbol as was stated in the instructions. Not a huge issue we figured it out but would suggest updating for the future quests. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this beautiful home. The view a proximity to the pool is great and off street parking was nice.

Fully furnished kitchen and plenty of space for group meals. The outdoor deck was fantastic. Our favorite place to just chill and relax. Perfect location for view, the pool, fire pits etc. Highly recommend this place. Would love to come back, again and again. ��

The house is sparkling new, and equipped with everything- complete kitchen utensils, kid supplies (step stools, high chair, pack & play, books, games), pool towel. Seriously- nothing was overlooked. We had beautiful sunny, but cold weather - used the park and playground, the shared hot tub and our own private hot tub. We ventured down to the beach area - quite a climb and the water was really low. There is A LOT of construction - one house right behind, but generally this house is in an area that is mostly complete. We had a great stay and hope to come back in the summer. I can imagine summer will definitely be a busy and party-like atmosphere.

Overall it was a great experience at Good Day Sunshine. The upstairs living space and kitchen are bright and open. And the deck space is awesome. Great views throughout. Good Day Sunshine sleeps 13 across two levels and 2393 sq ft, with 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. The home is ideally located, steps away from the Hilltop pool and the lakefront shuttle stop and a short walk from the new Vineyard pool and Event park. Gigabit mesh Wi-Fi ensures all devices have the fastest Internet available, and expanded Cable means you won’t miss your favorite show or sports event. All bedrooms are luxuriously appointed with memory foam mattresses, black-out shades, and a 43” 4k Roku TV.
The driveway and two-car garage include plenty of parking and a Level 2 electric vehicle charger. The garage includes cornhole boards, a ping-pong table, and a 42” TV.
The front porch is the first of three decks at Good Day Sunshine, all with plenty of seating to enjoy the amazing views! Walk inside past the entryway storage bench and you will find two large Queen bedrooms that share a full-size bathroom with dual sinks and a shower.
The bunk room down the hall sleeps 5 with two built-in solid wood bunk beds (twin over twin; twin XL over Queen). Just outside the bunk room is a second full bathroom with dual sinks and a shower/tub.
The media room next to the bunk room will keep everyone entertained with a 55” Roku TV, Xbox One, retro Nintendo and Super Nintendo, books/games/puzzles, and a pull out couch with a queen mattress.
Past the media room is a mud room with a utility sink and an extra-large washer and dryer.
Upstairs has an expansive great room with a vaulted ceiling to maximize the lake and mountain views. The living room has seating for everyone to relax and enjoy the fireplace or watch the 55” Roku TV. The well-stocked Chef’s kitchen has everything you need with upgraded appliances and all the bells and whistles you could want (including kids' place settings)! Coffee lovers rejoice with a 14-cup coffee maker, Keurig, grinder, and French press.
The dining room seats 8 at the table and 4 at the breakfast bar. Or watch the lake sparkle as you dine outside on the huge side deck: at the dining table that seats 8, the outside bar with 4 stools, or the sectional sofa.
Just off the living room is the master suite with a vaulted ceiling, king bed, en suite bathroom with shower, dual sinks, and walk-in closet.
Stay warm in the evening in front of a fire: on the side deck around the fire table or the side patio with a built-in fire pit. You can also ease into the hot tub to watch the sunset.
Dogs are welcome but they must be under 25 pounds, non-shedding, and crate trained.
