Plenty of space in the house and kept very clean. the interiros are very modern. the dish washer and microwave are broken. the central doors are missing the bottom bolt and frequently open with any gust of wind. Family get away

The furniture in this home looks okay but is very uncomfortable . Needs another TV in main area. We missed being on the water and the boat slip was very expensive.

Beautiful home with magnificent views. Our family of 12 loved this modern and clean home. The firepit and hot tub were perfect for relaxing after a day of activities. And it was hard to beat the ambiance for dinners on the deck. The kids loved going to the pool, marina and the park areas. We had an issue with the upstairs water heater and maintenance was over to look at it within 10 minutes. Overall a wonderful week and our family members said it was our best family vacation ever.

We were in Chelan for a wedding. The Grand Crew was perfect for our group with plenty of space and privacy for everyone. The flow was great for a big group. The view was amazing. We especially liked the large deck with an oversized firepit and plenty of Adirondack chairs.

Rented The Grand Crew, got married at the Lookout park, and had the Best Experience! They even arranged an extra fridge, and the use of a golf cart as the "getaway car". Jenn Montes is amazing as the event coordinator. If you're considering the Lookout for your wedding, do it! You won't be disappointed.

Overall, we had a wonderful experience! There were some issues worth noting, that could be easily fixed to improve it even further:

-dead gnats EVERYWHERE (although not sure what you could do to prevent it, and yes, we had the doors/windows closed at all times)
-limited seating on deck, considering the house sleeps so many people and that is a prime spot to enjoy the home
-no umbrellas/cover on deck to avoid direct sun
-no ability to cool down downstairs bedrooms
-no hangers in any of the closets, despite the beautiful closet organizers
-broken blinds in downstairs far-right bedroom
-not enough silverware
-handrail up to the 3rd floor was coming loose and could use some reinforcement
-broken dining room chairs (glad we had tools to fix ourselves!)
-could use shades in kitchen and game room for kids who preferred to sleep out there
-upstairs en-suite door and the bunk room door guide need repair
-marina did not adequately manage squatters (but will give that feedback to marina separately)

Positives:

We were really looking forward to staying here. Location, view and layout of the house was spectacular. However it was missing key elements that prevent us from returning. We stayed during the record breaking heat wave and unfortunately the house absorbed a lot of heat especially in the main/kitchen area. This space needs ceiling fans for a place like Chelan. I do want to let you know that the place was not in the best shape based on what we were told earlier. I called in the day before to see if there was an early check in available. You said no because there are guests staying and the cleaning crew needed all the time for proper cleaning protocols. As you can see on the attached pictures this place was infested everywhere. The only place they said was clean was the master bedroom upstairs. My wife and girlfriends checked in within minutes to no more then a couple of hours after the cleaning was done. We have never experienced this at any of your places. When my wife called in about it the response was because of being close to the lake, it is what it is. If you know the houses close to the lake has these problems, it would have been nice to know before booking. If I knew that I probably would have picked a place further back. I would expected the cleaning crew knew about this while cleaning and would have been nice to know as they were checking in and maybe an alternative if they chose to.



You will definitely see us again. My kids love your place and we always have a great time. I just feel like you should know this since we have never experienced this before.

There were just too many broken things in this rental to be worth the price. One of the doors didn’t even close properly. Shower door handle broke off when opening the door and a chair broke from under my husband while he was on a Zoom city council meeting as Mayor. I don’t believe we would ever spend this amount of money on this rental again. There was trash left in the garage from the previous renter. Disappointing overall.

Beautiful house, but bugs galore. Apparently houses near the water have these bugs inside, harmless but a nuisance. Have stayed at other Lookout homes and never had the issue however. Wasp nest out on deck as well, but was taken care of from great Maintenance staff. Also fridge water filter was out and a new one could not arrive prior to our departure. All in all great stay
