Great rental. Being close to the pool was a huge benefit to our special needs son. Getting to the far away lake area was satisfactory. On the downside the parking was terrible. There is not enough space and its clear parking rules are not enforced. If you have a large vehicle good luck. Pool hours are also not enforced. Many nights where people in the pool and the hot tub well past 10 pm. Units are overpriced. The Lookout staff speed through the neighborhood and even ignore stop signs!

What a wonderful little cottage, location location, location. Our 2 year old son was up and in the pool every morning, the fate to the pool is right out the patio. We spend one day down at the beach which he loved also. The cottage had everything we needed, made breakfast in the morning had coffee outside. What a great complex easy bike ride to town, great place to take a walk. We meet so many other families their with there kids. Just book it you won’t be disappointed!

My friends and I had the best time staying at The Happy Place. The cottage is impeccably organized and decorated, and we really appreciated all of the attention to detail that the owners have put in. The house has all of the amenities you might need, including tons of games and puzzles for relaxing entertainment. The location right next to the pool is awesome as well! We are already talking about when we can go back.

The first thing I noticed, was that this house is extremely clean, which is nice and reassuring, especially during the pandemic. Everything is new and of high quality, the kitchen is fully equipped, new pots and pans, a smart TV that turns into an art picture when not in use, cozy blankets on the sofa etc. This house is perfect if you feel you need a change of location, but want to stay safe.

Great spot to camp out for a couple of cold days over Thanskgiving! Beautiful spot, and pool access was great (note: the heater in the main pool was broken, but the hot tub was great). House is immaculate and perfect for this short stay with spouse and 3 kids under 9

We had a lovely stay at this cottage! The location right by the pool was great and it was very well equipped. Weather in July was fantastic and we enjoyed lots of walks and sitting out on the porch with coffee in the morning and a glass of wine in the evening.

Even though we weren't too far from home, we felt like we had a luxurious summer vacation because of the amenities at the Lookout and because of this gorgeous home. We loved everything about the cottage--the design, the proximity to the pool, the comfort of the beds, the gas fire pit, the art TV, the cozy porch, the wonderful neighbors. I could go on.
