The house was perfect for for my friends and family. The location of the home was a dream for us and our young kids. The back porch overlooked a big lawn with plenty of space for our kids to run and play and was easy for us to keep an eye on them. We had friends staying one house away from us and we felt very safe having our kids run back and forth from each house. We enjoyed the amenities so much that some of us never even left the LookOut property during our stay. The grounds and pool area were very clean and welcoming. They have shuttles to pick you up from designated spots and take you anywhere you need to go within the large property. The private beach was a favorite spot for us and was the perfect setting. We built so many memories and didn’t want to leave.

Quick 2 night stay at this wonderful home. The home is very well maintained, very clean and comes with everything you can think of for cooking, towels, etc. Nice newer development with great walkability. Close to winery tasting rooms and town. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend others to stay here. The only downside is that there should be room darkening drapes in the master bedroom on the 1st floor. The lights from the neighbors porch shine in all night and when the sun comes up at 5:00 am it is extremely bright and hard to sleep. But that should not deter anyone from staying at this house.

The house is very well stocked and the location is perfect as it is really close to the community pool. The only thing that could've made it better if if the hot tub at the house was working. It wouldn't go up higher than 98 degrees and the guest services had to order a part to fix it so it was not available to us for the duration of the stay.

Perfect place to stay for a girls weekend. The set up worked great for each person to have their own space to relax along with great space to hang out and catch up. The property was well cared for and everything was in good condition. The property manager was on top of everything and sent lots of great information leading to our stay which helped us plan a fun weekend. They even call to check in when we arrived to make sure everything was going well. We will definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at the Cali-Style home. It had everything we needed for a week long trip. The front of the house faces the vineyard lawn and the kids loved playing out there. We were pretty close to the pool and were there almost every day. All around a great family vacation.

This house is beautiful, comfortable, and an all-around pleasure to be in so I highly recommend booking it. However, the AC fan was fully broken upon our arrival. Two maintenance people came on day 1 and day 2 and didn't fix it. And then they proceeded to ignore the issue without any communication. We're talking it was 90-100 degrees the week we stayed following Memorial Day week. After some unpleasant conversations with the Lookout property management on day 3, they sent an actual AC expert who replaced the parts and fixed the issue. Being 8 months pregnant and in a boiling house was not fun. I will say that at as a last-ditch effort, they did offer some discounts which we did appreciate but 3 days of a 6 day vacation was spent in a very hot home.

We loved this home. It’s in a great location within the complex about midway between the two pools and facing the grass lawn green belt where my granddaughter was able to run free. The house layout was perfect. In fact, we’re retired and looking to downsize and I’ve kept the home diagram in case we build. We loved the wrap around deck and having king beds in each of the bedrooms along with each bedroom having a bathroom. We aren’t TV watchers but those who are will appreciate a tv in every bedroom. Nicely decorated and comfortable. We plan on staying in this home next summer.

If you want to enjoy summer at 93 degrees at the private lake or two pools, and still enjoy a fresh and comfy house when you are back from fun outdoor activities then Cali-Style 84 will be exactly what you need. I guess the same will apply regardless of the temp outside (for example in Winter). House is placed in the best location of Lookout to avoid morning heat in the bedroom when still sleeping and evening heat when you want to be at the Jacuzzi or in the kitchen. Enough space for parking and the house includes everything you need for 4 days.

We only stayed 2 nights, I will stay longer next time. Plenty of room for the whole family. Nice to have enough bathrooms. Loved it
