We had a good stay. The house is well equipped. We enjoyed the beautiful view for sure! The only thing that I didn’t like is the anti-Christian culture in the house. There were a variety of images and artifacts that were anti-Christian and even disrespectful to my religion. I didn’t feel comfortable having those things in the same house I was sleeping in. I believe these houses should be neutral in order to respect the guests religious beliefs. I would totally recommend this house if those anti-Christian artifacts were not there.

House had a great main floor, beautiful view and good proximity to pool and lake. My only negative feedback is that the downstairs was VERY cold, a dramatic temperature drop from the rest of the house. Property management offered space heaters but they are not safe especially with young children.

We stepped away from Seattle to celebrate a 60th birthday. This stay was really what the soul needed. The view by the water was absolutely stunning. And the house and amenities were perfect. Pet friendly house with everything you need. The decor inside was beautiful. And the house was stocked with appliances like an ice maker and an air fryer. The little things that made a huge difference. A treadmill, bikes, pool table, video games. And books for the book lover. I will be back with my family because this vacation home had us fall in love with Lake Chelan. The neighborhood was so safe and friendly. And so dog friendly. Hot tub on the balcony surrounded by the hills and the exquisite views. Highly recommend the lookout. And cowbell 63.

Wonderful place, wonderful view. My only real complaint is that the hot tub was broken for our entire trip and we were not offered a discount. One reason why I chose this place was for the hot tub at the house, so that was disappointing.

The owners’ fun sense of humor shines throughout the house and in their attention to detail. One of the best homes in the Lookout community for sure! Modern/updated appliances and decor throughout the home. Lots of additional amenities like board games, anything you'd need in the kitchen even foil, ziplocs, sticks for smores, etc., bikes, ping pong, lots of towels. The only thing we couldn't find were scissors so we used a knife. The location was perfectly by the pathway down to the lake and still close by to the hilltop pool (not heated). The community itself is very hilly, so expect a good workout but very doable. Everything was very clean, but we could not find the sink disposable and noticed ants on the countertop as the sink would not fully drain great. The deck is amazing and well worth the $$$, hot tub/bbq/dining all terrific, the fire table was great too but needed some practice getting the igniter to light. Overall though, we genuinely enjoyed our stay and will 100% recommend and be back again. Would have also loved to have the option of some sort of concierge to help make reservations or coordinate activities - maybe something management can incorporate? Thank you!

We had a wonderful time with our 8 guests. The house is beautiful and well stocked, even had lots of spices, oils, flour/sugar etc. Property managers were great and very on top of everything. I would rent here again.

Only minor issue was the heating control. Not simple and the temperature at night outside was freezing. A more simple control would have helped. Otherwise it was a wonderful place to stay and we hope to return!

It is clear the owners have taken great care to make their rental guests feel welcome. Overall we enjoyed our stay here.

The one downside of our stay were our next door neighbors. The second day we we were there 12-15 college aged people arrived and partied non-stop for two days and so we didn’t really get to enjoy the outdoor deck (music was was loud and they called out to us everytime we went outside) which was a bummer because it was a beautiful weekend. I’ll spare the details of all the things they were doing. It felt uncomfortable to call and report them because they would’ve known it was us, there were no other homes occupied near us. I did call after hours security at 11:15 on the last evening to report them but it didn’t seem like anything was done, I finally fell asleep sometime after 12:30am. No one checked in with us the next day about it. For such an expensive rental this was a let down.

This property was awesome. If you're looking for a place that's super clean, organized, and relaxing, this is it. Just bring yourself and some groceries...everything else is stocked and ready. Spacious rooms, comfortable beds and furniture, an abundance of towels and bedding, and beautiful views for days. Close to town and wine tasting. Highly recommend.

We had a lovely time visiting Lake Chelan and the house far exceeded our expectations. The house is set in the perfect location (stunning views from everywhere in the house!), fully stocked with all the essentials to make you feel at home, and spotless. We will definitely be coming back to visit.

We loved the house. It is warm and inviting and I loved the owner’s touches of their own personality. It made me wish I knew them because those touches definitely spoke to me. The hot tub was great, the kitchen was well appointed and the bedrooms were comfy. We always enjoy the location and this is the third house we have tried there (5th or 6th visit). I do wish it had a few more normal coffee mugs. My boys weren’t keen to use the “fancy” ones for their cocoa. As with most lookout properties you will need to leash up your dog for potty breaks. I had a lovely 5:45 am walk in freshly falling snow one morning. Magical. :) Loved the house and am thankful we had the opportunity to stay.

We had such a nice time over Christmas. Did not leave the house much but it was perfect! Lots of relaxing, watching movies, napping and playing with Christmas gifts. Loved the hot tub! The house is fabulous! Beautiful views, completely stocked with everything you could ever need and so cozy! Highly recommend. Would love to come back in the summer. One issue we had was that the internet was not working when we arrived and the lady at the office said it was after hours so she would have someone reach out to us soon and nobody ever called. Luckily my husband was able to tweak the router and got it to work. There was also someone’s underwear in one of the closets upstairs.

Staff were courteous when problems were reported, but we did not pay a premium rental rate to have to discover and resolve issues that should have been noticed and resolved by staff. That's their job, not ours. Also, if you're going to have rules about parking and noise curfew, they should be enforced.

What an amazing home and location. We took the boat and had easy access to the marina and it was a special surprise that we could call for transportation up and down the big hill at a moments notice. Very friendly staff and a wonderful vacation! We will be booking again! Recommend this to everyone.
