Great location, beautiful, but some disappointments

For newer properties some things weren’t what we expected. One of larger houses had only a couple rolls of to for a house saying it could have 14-16 people. And nothing for foils, wrap or storage of food. Parking is also terrible for a house having that many needs more spots. Another family had the ac go out day one. And two of us including myself got screws in our tires from Construction debris. I get the construction no problem, but not cleaning up and both of us stressing to get out our last day by 11 with flat tires? And no call back from the office after we left messages? Also, we had hot tub cleaners come in without letting us know and just walked back on the deck. Scared our wives. Great place, great view, but for the price, you should have a few things better sorted out.

Pawttery Barn is located in the vineyard district on a quiet cul-de-sac sitting on the bluff with direct mountain and lake views. Enjoy the outdoors from the comfort of four decks or take advantage of nearby amenities with a short stroll to the marina, event center park, community pools, pickle/basketball courts and Vin Du Lac winery.
Pawttery Barn outdoor spaces were designed to take advantage of the views and nearby parks. Watch concerts and movie nights at the event center park from the kitchen deck or cozy up on chilly Chelan night with heated decks overlooking the mountains and lake. Don’t forget to check out the sun deck upstairs with lounge seating and fire pit overlooking Vineyard Park.
Upon entry, you will appreciate designer finishes and open floor plan. The common spaces throughout the home provide room to congregate with friends and family.
Each of the four bedrooms provide a private escape with comfortable king size beds and full-size bathroom! Enjoy mountain, lake and park views from the master bedroom. For visitors who wish to work from Pawttery Barn there is an office space with reliable high-speed internet.
Other amenities you will find at Pawttery Barn include gas barbecue, chef’s kitchen, Ping Pong table, library, board games, bicycles, smart tv’s to stream your favorite shows, local tv channels, wine cooler and high-speed internet.
Pawttery Barn is a dog friendly home for house trained dogs but please no puppies, aggressive dogs, or dogs over 50 lbs.
Downtown Chelan is a 20-minute walk away, including shopping and dining options.
